Thank you for shopping with MunMunch! We take pride in delivering quality products and great service. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Products that are opened, consumed, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Food items or consumables (including gummies and snacks) once opened

  • Gift cards, promotional items, or discounted products

  • Items purchased during clearance sales

 

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable).

  3. Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization and shipping instructions if approved.

  4. Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

4. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.

Note: Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.

 

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at info@munmunch.com with details and proof of damage.

 

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return policy guidelines.

 

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider—it may take some time for the refund to reflect.
